I will design and deliver customized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of Omaha Foundations and its stakeholders. These programs will cover essential topics such as communication, understanding unconscious biases, minority stress, dysregulated pasts, leadership ethics and culturally responsive practices.
